Operational Features:

• Both the rotors are placed on individual well supported shafts.
• These rotors are rotated by timing gears fitted in an in-built gearbox.
• There is no contact between lobes due to timing gears.
• These rotors perform liquid tight fit operation with less noise and nearly vibration free flow.
• The liquid never passes through the gap between two lobes and it travels in the space between casing and lobes.
• The operation and delivery of pumping fluid is smooth with no churning effect.

Installation Features:

• These pumps can either be horizontal or vertical foot mounted as per requirement.
• Can be provided with geared motor or with built – in speed reducer.
• The sealing options provided in this series are either mechanical seal or lip seal, as per the application and requirement.
• The standard direction of rotation is anti-clockwise from the pump shaft end with left IN and right OUT configuration.
• The number of lobes per rotor varies from 2 to 6.
• More the number of lobes, higher the chances of less pulsating discharge.
• Bi-wing lobes offer wide sealing area and carry much volume compared to round tip.

• Read the instruction manual thoroughly.
• Do not run pump dry.
• All the guards and shields should be at their proper places before running.
• Make sure that the pump runs in assigned direction only.
• Check all the lubricants before installing.
• Pump casing should be filled with liquid.
• Do not use liquid other than that for which the pump is designed.
• Use proper strainers and filters to protect pump from abrasives.
• Pump and motor shaft alignment should be proper.
