Operational Features:

• As the single helical rotor rolls eccentrically in a double threaded helix stator of twice the pitch length, a series of sealed cavities 180° apart are created, that progress from suction to the discharge end. Thus, the opposing cavities fill and empty simultaneously, resulting in a pulsation free flow.
• The fluid travels axially with relatively low velocity and minimal agitation of the fluid, which makes this pump able to transfer the liquid without shear and churning action.
• If the fluid is delicate, shear sensitive or abrasive, low or high viscosity, with fibers, high air content, or large solids, our progressive cavity pumps can solve the problem of moving the fluid as they are versatile, rugged, compact and highly efficient.
• Our progressive cavity pumps are available in 1,2,3 and 4 stage design and each stage has a maximum pressure limit of 6 Bar.

Safety Measures:

Following points should be kept in mind as a safety measures while installing and running the pump:

• Read the instruction manual thoroughly.
• Do not run pump dry.
• All the guards and shields should be at their proper places before running.
• Make sure that the pump runs in assigned direction only.
• Check all the lubricants before installing.
• Pump casing should be filled with liquid.
• Do not use liquid other than that for which the pump is designed.
• Use proper strainers and filters to protect pump from abrasives.
